| 摘 要： | 目的：研究食管鳞癌组织中Rho相关卷曲螺旋形成蛋白激酶1（ROCK1）表达水平,探讨其在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义.方法：应用免疫组化S-P法检测60例食管鳞癌标本中ROCK1的表达及分布情况,结合患者的年龄、性别、分期、转移情况,了解ROCK1蛋白表达情况与不同患者临床参数之间的关系.结果：食管鳞癌组织中ROCK1蛋白表达明显高于正常食管组织,ROCK1蛋白在分期较晚及有转移的患者中较高表达,并具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：食管鳞癌组织中,ROCK1蛋白的表达高低与肿瘤的浸润和转移密切相关.

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the expression level of Rho associated coiled coil forming protein kinase 1 （ROCK1） in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and its clinicalpathologic significances.Methods：The expression level and distribution of ROCK1 in tissues from 60 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical staining.The relationships between ROCK1 and various clinical parameters including age,gender,staging and metastasis were statistically analyzed.Results：The expression level of ROCK1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in normal esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues（P ＜ 0.05）.Moreover,it was significantly higher in patients at advanced stage or with metastasis （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：The high expression level of ROCK1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues may play a certain role in tumor infiltration and metastasis. |
