| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨CD5 7抗原表达与乳腺髓样癌预后关系 .方法 :通过采用S -P免疫组化法检测乳腺典型髓样癌、不典型髓样癌和硬癌等癌周淋巴细胞中CD5 7抗原表达强度的差异 .结果 :单因素分析显示癌周组织CD5 7表达水平影响乳腺癌生存的预后 (P <0 0 0 0 1) .Cox逐步回归模型结果表明CD5 7是乳腺癌独立预后因素 (P <0 0 0 0 1) .结论 :癌周组织中CD5 7表达与临床分期、病理类型、腋淋巴结转移有关 .临床上可通过检测CD5 7抗原表达作为判断其肿瘤预后指标之一

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relation between the expression intensity of antigen CD57 and prognosis of typical medullary carcinoma, atypical medullary carcinoma and scirrhous carcinoma. Methods: The expression intensity of antigen CD57 in lymphy cells nearby the carcinoma was determined by S-P method. Results: The single factor analysis showed the level of CD57 expression in the tissues around carcinoma affects the prognosis of breast cancer. Cox regression model turned out that CD57 was a independent prognostic factor of breast cancer(P<0 000?1).Conclusion: The expression level of CD57 nearby carcinoma has relation to the clinical stage,pathological-type and status of axalliary node.We may judge the prognosis by determing the level of CD57. |
