单侧简易骨外固定器治疗四肢骨折

目的 探讨单侧简易骨外固定器治疗四肢骨折的价值。方法 自1993-10～1999-06我院应用此外固定器治疗四肢骨折325例,对治疗结果进行了分析。结果 经0.3～5年的随访,骨折愈合率达100％,伤肢功能良好。结论 本外固定器既可延长和维持伤肢的长度,又可对断端行初期的坚强固定,可早期行动力加压,使骨折按生理需要修复。本器械适用于治疗四肢骨折,尤其是火器伤后的骨缺损、感染性骨折不宜做内固定者或伴有软组织损伤的复杂性骨折,也适用于关节融合,截骨后的固定。

Clinical investigation on the outconme of simple unilateral external fixator for upper or lower extremity fractures

to evaluate the accessibility of applying the simple unilateral external fixator in treating upper or lower extremity fractures. Methods From October 1993 to June 1999,325 cases had been treated with this fixator. Results 309 cases were followed up for a period of 4~60 months and the healing rate of the fracture was 100% ,with good funtion in all cases. Conclusion The simple unilateral external fixator consists of a long thread bolt with several holes and long round nail sinks, nuts and washers Its facility permits the maintenance of normal limb length and allows dynamic compression to provide strong fixing for the fracture ends in the early stage, and to stimulate recovery according to physiological regenerative requirements. It can be easily applied in nearly all types of fractures, especially in the bone defects of war injury, in those complicated fractures which can't be treated with internal fixation and in cases associated with soft tissue injury.
