老年高血压病患者颈总动脉平均内膜中层厚度与血尿酸水平相关性探讨

目的 :为探讨老年高血压病患者颈总动脉平均内膜中层厚度 (IMT)与血尿酸 (UA)水平的相关性。方法 :测定 1 0 0例老年高血压病患者颈总动脉平均IMT以及血UA水平 ,按颈总动脉平均IMT将病人分为内膜增厚组、斑块形成组和管腔狭窄组 ,对三组病人的血UA数值进行统计学分析。结果 :三组间比较差异有显著意义 (p <0 .0 1 ) ,三组间两两比较差异均有显著意义 (p <0 .0 5或p <0 .0 1 )。结论 :老年高血压病患者颈总动脉IMT与血UA水平相关联 ,提示血UA影响心血管疾病的发生和发展。

Investigate the relationship between common carotid artery average IMT and blood UA level in the elder patients with hypertension

Objective:To investigate the relationship between common carotid artery average intima media thickness(IMT) and blood uric acid(UA) level in the elder patients with hypertension.Methods:The common average IMT and blood UA levels of one hundred elder patients with hypertension were measured.They were divided into the intima thicking group,the plaque shaping group and the vascular structure group according to the average IMT.The blood UA levels of three groups were statistically analysed.Results:There was significantly difference among three groups(P<0.01),each group was significantly difference of another (p<0.05 or p<0.01)group.Conclusions:The common IMT was correlated with the blood UA level in the elder patients with hypertension.It shows that the blood UA level effects the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.
