斜坡脊索瘤的MRI诊断

目的探讨MRI在斜坡脊索瘤诊断中的价值。方法分析经手术病理证实的16例脊索瘤形态、信号特点。结果16例中，男11例，女5例，最大年龄57岁，最小年龄13岁，平均年龄30岁。肿瘤全部位于斜坡及其周围区域，肿瘤呈不规则形、圆形或椭圆形，向周围侵润生长。12例均呈混杂不均匀信号，T1WI呈等、低、高信号，T2WI呈低、高信号，以高信号明显。4例信号稍不均匀，T1WI呈等、稍低信号，T2呈高信号。增强后16例均表现为不均匀轻到中度强化。结论MRI可以准确显示斜坡脊索瘤的大小、形态、边界和信号特点，有利于该病的诊断。

Diagnosis of clivus chordomas using MRI

Objective To probe effectiveness of MRI in diagnosing clivus chordomas. Methods 16 patients that had been proven clivus chordomas surgically and pathologically were reviewed retrospectively in order to learn anatomy and signal characteristics of clivus chordomas. Results 11 patients were men and 5 were women. They aged between 13 and 57 with an average of 30. All tumors were situated in clivus chordomas and surrounding areas. Tumors were irregular, round or elliptical, infiltrating to neighboring areas. 12 tumors had uneven intensity, iso-, hypoor hyperintensity on T1WI, and hypoor hyperintensity on T2WI, with hyperintensity predominant. 4 cases had slightly uneven intensity showing iso-or slightly low intensity on T1WI. All 16 cases showed unevenly slight or moderate enhancement. Conclusion MRI is able to display size, shape, borderline and signal characteristics of tumors in clivus chordoma, contributing to diagnosis of them.
