| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠晚期胎死宫内的原因,降低围产儿死亡率。方法:对68例妊娠晚期胎死宫内的病例资料进行分析。结果:妊娠并发症是胎死宫内的主要原因,其次是脐带因素及胎盘因素。结论:预防妊娠并发症,加强高危妊娠管理,加强胎儿监护,对降低妊娠晚期死胎发病率有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the fatal reasons of dead fetus in uterus during late pregnancy period, so as to decrease the perinatal mortality.Methods:The data of 68 case of dead fetuses in uterus during late pregnancy period in this hospital were analyzed.Results:Pregnant complications was the main reason of dead fetus. Umbilical cord and placentae were the other reasons.Conclusion:Improving the management of high risk pregnancy and the monitor of fetus to prevent pregnant complications have great significance for decreasing the dead rate of late pregnancy period fetus. |
