| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原位低压乙状结肠膀胱术的疗效。方法2002年3月～2004年1月对15例膀胱癌患者采用根治性膀胱全切原位低压乙状结肠膀胱术。结果术后随访13～35(平均14)个月。新膀胱内压低,容量大。术后1例出现轻度左侧膀胱输尿管反流,1例增加腹压时有尿失禁。结论原位低压乙状结肠膀胱术是一种比较理想的肠代膀胱术,手术较简单易行,术后并发症少。在扩大膀胱容量,降低内压,提高顺应性和调节性方面有较大优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect oforthotopic sigmoid colon neobladder with low pressure Methods Orthotopic sigmoid colon neobladder with low pressure after radical cystectomy was carried out for fifteen patients with cystic carcinoma from March, 2002 to January, 2004. Results Following up for 13-35 months ,average 14 months, all patients had an neobladder with low pressure and high capacity after operation. Evidence ofureteral reflux and urinary incontinence occurred only in 1 case. Conclusion Orthotopic sigmoid colon neobladder with low pressure is an ideal therapy for patients with cystic carcinoma.Orthotopic sigmoid colon neobladder with low pressure has the advantages of technical simplicity and less complications. |
