| 摘 要： | 目的：CT检查脑梗死早期诊断，对于治疗病情重要临床意义。材料与方法：40例脑梗死病例，起病就诊约2～12h。结果：患者均有一侧肢体活动不灵症状，其中5例有嗜睡、烦燥症状。结论：临床早期予溶栓6小时内疗效最佳，降低脑梗死的致残、致死率。

| Abstract: | Purpose:Early CT Diagnsis is grealy clinical meaningful to the treatment of illness.Materials and Methods:40 Cases of cerebral infarction start to be treated for about 2 to 12 hours.Results:Aegrotus all have the symptom of unnimble movement of one-sided limbs,5 of them have the symptom of sleeping and being fidgety.Conclusion:Early clinical solving embolism treatment with in 6 hours will have the best effect and reduce the rate of lethality. |
