| 摘 要： | 目的建立甘草中总黄酮含量测定的方法。方法在400nm波长处,用紫外分光光度法,以甘草苷为对照品,测定甘草中总黄酮的含量。结果总黄酮含量在8.448-42.24μg/m l范围内与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9989）,平均回收率为97.0%（RSD=2.3%）。结论该方法方便、准确,可用于测定甘草中总黄酮的含量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for qualification the total flavonoids in Glycyrrhizae uralensis Fisch.Methods The total flavonoids in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The detection wavelength was 400 nm.Reference substance was liquiritin.Results Data between the total flavonoids contents and absorptions had a good linear relationship in the range of 8.448ug/ml ～ 42.24ug/ml（r= 0.9989）.The recoveries was 97.0%（RSD=2.3%）.Conclusion The method is simple,stable and accurate,and it has been applied successfully to determine the total flavonoids in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch |
