坐骨结节囊肿的CT诊断

目的 探讨坐骨结节囊肿的CT表现及CT扫描的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析12例经手术及病理证实的坐骨结节囊肿的CT表现。所有病例均摄骨盆正位X线平片及行CT平扫，其中2例尚行CT增强扫描。结果 12例骨盆正位片示坐骨结节骨质及其附近软组织均未见异常改变；CT平扫于坐骨结节与臀大肌之间的间隙内可见单个多房囊性水样密度肿块，边欠清，其横断面略呈锥形，锥尖朝前。增强扫描示肿块内无明显强化，但分隔及边缘可有轻度强化，且厚薄不均。结论 坐骨结节囊肿的CT表现较有特征性，CT扫描具有极高的诊断价值。

Diagnosis of cyst of ischial tuberosity by CT scans

Objective To explore the manifestation of cyst of ischial tuberosity on CT scan and its diagnostic value. Methods The CT manifestation of 12 cases of cyst of ischial tuberosity confirmed by both surgery and pathology were studied retrospectively.All cases had taken X-ray plain films and CT scans of pelvis,in which 2 cases had been taken CT reinforcement scans. Results No abnormal manifestation had been found either in ischial tuberosity or in the adjacent soft tissue in all cases of X-ray plain films.But in CT scan,a multilocular cyst of watery density with clear margin could be found in the interspace between ischial tuberosity and greatest gluteal muscle in all cases.And in reinforced scan, no obvious reinforcement was found in the mass,but mild reinforcement could be found in the septum and margin of the mass. Conclusion The CT manifestation of cyst of ischial tuberosity is characteristic,and the CT scan is of great value in the diagnosis of cyst of ischial tuberosity.
