摘    要:对天花粉蛋白注射液(TCS)抗BALB/c小鼠体内H22肿瘤的作用进行了初步研究。建立移植型H22肝癌小鼠模型,腹腔注射TCS治疗,检测抑瘤率、皮内肿瘤微血管新生等指标,并通过细胞流式分析和体外鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)实验对其抗肿瘤作用机制进行探讨。结果显示,TCS治疗组实体瘤重与皮内肿瘤微血管新生数都明显小于模型对照组(P<0.01)。证明TCS通过抑制血管生长表现出一定的抗小鼠体内H22肿瘤生长的作用。

Abstract:This study was to investigate the antitumor effect of trichosanthin (TCS) in H22 hepatocellular carcinoma cell line.BALB/c mice bearing H22 cell were treated with peritoneal injection of TCS.The inhibition rate (IR) of TCS on tumor growth and angiogenesis were detected.The antitumor effect of TCS was evaluated by flow cytometry (FCM) and anti-angiogenesis effects by chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) assay.The mean tumor weight of the TCS-treated group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01), and the angiogenesis of the TCS-treated group was less than that of the control group (P<0.01).It suggested that TCS might retard the growth of tumor by inhibiting angiogenesis.
