130例股骨粗隆间骨折DHS术的疗效分析

目的:探讨DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效.方法:根据内固定方式不同,将我科258例股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,其中对照组采取解剖钢板固定治疗,治疗组采取DHS术治疗,观察并对比两组患者手术疗效.结果:治疗组总有效率86.15%,P＜0.05,差异具有显著性意义.结论:DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折操作简便,手术动、静力加压持续,内固定强度大,疗效确切,而且医源性损伤少,康复快,是一种临床治疗股骨粗隆间骨折理想方法.

130 Cases of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture with DHS Technique Curative Effect Analysis

Objective:To investigate the DHS in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:According to the different internal fixation methods,I in 258 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture with operation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the control group adopted the anatomical plate fixation in the treatment of treatment group,take DHS treatment was observed and compared two groups of patients,operation effect.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group 86.15%,P < 0.05,there was a significant difference.Conclusion:DHS internal fixation in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture with operation simple,dynamic,static pressure duration,fixation strength,curative effect is exact,and iatrogenic injury,fast recovery,is one of the clinical treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur ideal method.
