中西医给合治疗短暂性脑缺血发作32例

目的]观察血栓通注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法]32例脑梗死患者随机分为两组。治疗组16例应用血栓通注射液治疗，其余同对照组16例常规治疗。两组均14日为1个疗程。结果]治疗组总有效率93.75%，对照组总有效率68.75%，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论]常规做DSA脑血管造影是诊断脑血管病变的金标准，入院后的中西医结合治疗可以显著降低短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）后的中风发病率。血栓通注射液治疗TIA疗效显著。选择性血管内治疗是有效预防中风发生的最佳方法。
