| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨乳腺癌 mm p2蛋白表达的临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法对乳腺癌石蜡标本进行检测 ,并与患者临床病理指标进行分析。结果 :乳腺癌 m mp2蛋白反应阳性率为 4 5 .8% ,与肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结转移呈正相关。结论 :mmp2参与了乳腺癌的发生、发展过程 ,可能是患者预后不良的指标

EXPRESSION AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF MATRIX METALLOPROTENIASE-2 IN BREAST CANCER |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of matrix metalloprotemiase 2(mmp2) and its clinical significance in breast cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemistry assay was used to study the expression of mmp2 in breast cancer, statistical methods were used to analyze the association between the expression and the pathological indexes.Results:The positive rate of mmp2 in breast cancer was 45.8 %, the expression of mmp2 was corrected to the tumor size and the metastasis of the axillary lymph node.Conclusion:Mmp2 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of breast cancer,mmp 2 is related to the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. |
