中枢组织胺在家兔神经源性肺水肿形成中的作用

摘    要:目的探讨中枢组织胺与家兔神经源性肺水肿(NPE)发生之间的相关性。方法通过在NPE家兔侧脑室微量注射组织胺受体拮抗剂,采用形态、功能、生化指标相结合的方法,观察中枢组织胺与NPE病理生理过程的关系。结果NPE家兔下丘脑后区(PHA)及延髓头端腹外侧区(RVLM)组织胺含量明显增高。脑内注射扑尔敏NPE家兔肺水比和水肿液蛋白含量/血浆蛋白含量(A/P)明显降低;血浆NO2^-/NO3^-含量和平均动脉压(MAP)亦明显降低,而脉压差(PP)升高。结论提示组织胺通过中枢H1受体介导参与NPE的发病过程;血浆NO参与中枢组织胺调控NPE的肺损伤过程。NPE包含有肺毛细血管通透性升高的病理生理过程。

Abstract:Objective To explore the roles of central histamine in the onset of NPE. Methods We inject intracerebroventricularly chlorphenamine maleate and cimetidine in NPE rabbits and observe its morphologic, functional and biochemical changes. Results The histamine of PHA and RVLM in NPE rabbits are significantly increased. However, of chorphenamine dramatically decreases MAP, lung water ration, the contents of NO2^-/NO3^- and A/P value, ection but increases PP. Conclusion The results suggest that central histamine is linked to the onset of NPE; and the effects of the central histamine are mediated by H1 receptor. At the same time, pulmonary capillary permeability increases in the NPE rabbits and NO plays important roles in pulmonary damage.
