| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对糖尿病性白内障术后并发症的影响.方法:将159例糖尿病性白内障患者依随机数字法分为干预组(80例)与对照组(79例),干预组按计划进行护理干预与常规护理,对照组仅进行常规护理.结果:干预组术后并发症19例,发生率23.75%,对照组术后并发症77例,发生率97.47%,两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论:护理干预降低了术后角膜水肿、前房纤维渗出等并发症的发生,可以有效地减轻患者痛苦及提高手术疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss effect of nurse intervention upon postoperative complications of diabetic cataract.Methods:159 diabetic cataract patients were randomly divided into test group(80) and control group(79).Test group were received nurse intervention and usual care,but control group only received usual care.Results:The patients who had postoperative complications in the treatment group were 19(23.75%),but the control group were 77(97.46%)(P<0.01).There was significantly difference.Conclusion:Nurse intervention might decrease complications of corneal oedema,atria fiber effusion and increase effect of operation. |
