中西医结合治疗27例恶性胸水疗效分析

目的：观察中西医结合治疗恶性胸水的疗效。方法：27例随机分为治疗组14例，对照组13例。治疗组用中药及西药治疗，对照组只用西药治疗，观察其疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为92．9％、对照组总有效率为69．2％，两组比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗恶性胸水疗效确切，值得推广。

Efficacy analysis of Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of malignant pleural effusion tretment of 27 cases

objective： To study the curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods： 27 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （14 cases） and contral group （13 cases）. Treat- ment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and control group treated with western medicine only. the curative effect was observed. Results： The total effective rate in treatment group and in control group were 92. 9% and 69. 2% respectively, the difference between two groups has statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）, the treatment group was superior to control group. Conclusion： The curative effect of combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment of malignant pleural effusion is better than western medicine treatment only.
