疏肝健脾方治疗睑板腺导管阻塞性干眼症的临床观察

目的 观察疏肝健脾方对睑板腺导管阻塞性干眼症患者的临床效果.方法 选择睑板腺导管阻塞性干眼症肝郁脾虚型患者63例,随机分为两组,观察组34例和对照组29例,疗程1个月.对照组给予常规处理：睑板腺热敷、按摩,白天滴左氧氟沙星眼液、羧甲基纤维素钠眼液,睡前涂红霉素眼膏治疗;观察组除给予常规处理,同时给予疏肝健脾方药内服治疗;对两组患者前后泪膜破裂时间（SUT）、泪液分泌量（ST）进行比较,统计两组患者的治疗效果.结果 两组患者经过治疗后泪膜破裂时间延长,泪液分泌量增加,且观察组改善更为明显;观察组患者总有效率为91.18%,明显高于对照组.上述比较差异明显,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）结论疏肝健脾方较单纯使用睑板腺热敷、按摩加眼药治疗睑板腺导管阻塞性干眼症的效果好.

Clinical Observation on Xerophthalmia of Meibomian Gland Duct Obstruction Treated with Recipe of Soothing Liver and Strengthening Spleen

Objective To observes the clinical effects of xerophthalmia of meibomian gland duct obstruction treated with recipe of alleviating liver and strengthening spleen. Methods 63patients with xerophthalmia of meibomian gland duct obstruction and syndrome of stagnant liver plus asthenia of spleen were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly. The control group （ n = 34） , the observation group （ n = 29） , treated 1 month. The control group was treated with the conventional treatment： hot compress and massage meiboian gland, adding to eye ointment; the observation group were treated with oral recipe of alleviating liver and strengthening spleen after the conventional treatment. Comparing the BUT and ST on 2 groups of patients before and after treatment. And the curative effects of 2 groups were censored. Results after treatment BUT time of the patients of 2 groups postponed the ST secretion increased and improvement of the observation group was more significant, the total efficiency of the observation group was 91. 18% , which was higher significantly then the control group for 82. 76 % , the difference of comparsion above was evident which had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion effect of the recipe of soothing liver and strengthening spleen treat xerophthalmia of meibomian gland duct obstruction is obvious fine than merely use to hot compress and massage meiboian gland, adding to eye ointment.
