摘    要:目的:研究葛根素对大鼠血脂、血粘度的影响。方法:将30只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂饲料组、高脂饲料葛根素组三组进行喂养与给药,30天后测定大鼠的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、全血粘度(低切)和血浆粘度。结果:与空白对照组相比,高脂饲料组大鼠的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、全血粘度(低切)和血浆粘度含量明显增加(P〈0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量降低;与高脂饲料组相比,高脂饲料葛根素组大鼠的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、全血粘度(低切)和血浆粘度明显降低(P〈0.01)。结论:葛根素具有明显的降低血脂、降低血粘度的作用。

The Effect of Puerarin on Blood Lipid and Blood Viscosity

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of Puerarin on blood lipid and blood viscosity. Methods: 30 rats were randomLy di- vided into three groups, that is, normal control group , high fat diet group , puerarin high fat diet group which were fed with the ad- ministration, Testing the rats in each group of total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density hpoprotein cholesterol, low density lipopro- tein cholesterol, blood viscosity (low shear) and plasma viscosity after thirty days. Results: compared with the blank control group, high fat diet group rats, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, blood viscosity (low shear) and plasma vis- cosity were significantly increased (P 〈 0. 01 ) high density lipoprotein cholesterol reduced, and high fat diet groupgroup, high fat diet group and puerarin rats, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, blood viscosity (low shear) and plasma vis- cosity decreased significantly (P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion: Puerarin can significantly reduce blood fat and lower blood viscosity role.
