我院2006年至2007年药品不良反应报告分析

目的了解我院2006至2007年药品不良反应的总体情况、分析原因,促进临床合理用药,减少ADR发生。方法对我院2006年至2007年记录的77例ADR数据进行列表,作回顾性分析。结果我院抗感染用药的ADR为59.74%;中成药ADR为22.28%;循环系统用药ADR10.39%。ADR的症状以皮肤及其附件损害为主占45.45%;其次为消化系统损害的ADR占28.57%,严重的ADR3例;缺少与生化指标有关的ADR报告;各种给药途径中以静脉给药发生的ADR最高占59.74%。结论强化药物使用的监督与管理制度,减少多药联用比例;合理选用给药方式;重视用药前病史、用药史的查询及用药后的药学服务;完善药物ADR监测的制度,医、护、药三方共同努力可减少我院药物ADR的发生。

Adverse Drug Reaction Report Analysis of Drugs from 2006 to 2007 Years in Our Hospital

Objective To understand the overall information and reason of adverse drug reaction from 2006 to 2007 years in our hospital, to promote clinical rational administration, decrease the rate of ADR. Method To list analysis with 77 ADR data from 2006 to 2007 years in our hospital, and make a retrospective analysis. Result The rate of the anti-infection drugs ADR is 59.74% in our hospital; and Chinese traditional medicine ADR is 22.28%; circulation system drug ADR is 28.57%, severe ADR 3 cases; deficiency the ADR report with biochemical indicator; and the vein medication ADR rate is highest in all kinds of administation route, the rate is 59.74%. Conclusion To strengthen the monitoring and supervising system of clinical use drug, decrease the rate of combination medication; choice reasonable administration way; to think highly of case history before use drug, inquest of use drug history and pharmaceutical care after use drug; to consttmmate the monitoring system of ADR, decrease the rate of ADR in our hospital by doctor, nurse and pharmacy.
