中国流动人口生殖健康知识掌握情况及其影响因素分析

目的了解中国流动人口生殖健康知识的掌握情况,探讨其影响因素。方法利用2004年“流动人口性与生殖健康基线调查”数据对中国流动人口知识进行单因素和多因素统计分析。结果生殖健康的20个知识点不及格、及格、优秀的比例依次为：52．1％、38．0％、9．9％。流动人口对于生殖健康知识的了解与流入地、性别、年龄、收入情况、婚姻状况、化程度、工作行业、第一次外出时间等因素显相关。结论流动人口的生殖健康知识严重缺乏,应该充分关注流动人口的生殖健康,多部门合作,开展多种形式内容丰富的生殖健康教育。

Reproductive health knowledge level among floating people in China and its influencing factors analysis

Objective To understand knowledge level of reproductive health among floating people in China and discuss its influencing factors. Methods The data was from the "Sex and Reproductive Health Baseline Survey among Floating People". The data were analyzed by one-factor and multi-factor analysis. Results 52.1 percent of people scored less than 60. 38.0 percent of people marked from 60 to 80 and the rest got more than 80. The related factors of reproductive health knowledge level among floating people in China included where they lived in at present, sex, age, income, marriage status, education, vocation, and the first time out. Conclusion Chinese floating people are lack of reproductive health knowledge. We need to put more emphasis on them. It is necessary to cooperate with each other and develop various reproductive health education for them.
