| 摘 要： | 目的：研究口腔颊黏膜鳞状细胞癌角蛋白谱的特点.方法：颊黏膜中分化鳞状细胞癌活检标本,提取角蛋白,进行SDS-PAGE电泳和利用免疫印迹（Western-blot）杂交方法,研究颊黏膜中分化鳞状细胞癌中角蛋白谱的表达.结果：颊黏膜中分化鳞状细胞癌中出现了单层角蛋白上皮如CK18、19,而CK10表达缺失.结论：变异性表达的CK18、19以及不表达CK10,是颊黏膜中分化鳞状细胞癌的一个较为普遍的现象.

| Abstract: | Objective: To analysis cytokeratin proteinogram of buccal mucosa moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Specimens of buccal mucosa moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma were investigated by immunohistochemistry,SDS PAGE and Western blotting. Results: CK18,19 were detectable in buccal mucosa carcinoma, differentiated cancerous cells. Conclusions: Aberrant expression of CK18 and 19 and non-expression of CK 10 are common feature in oral moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. |
