调气养胃安神汤治疗消化系统并发抑郁症185例临床观察

目的:探索各消化系统疾病伴抑郁症情况及评价中药调气养胃安神汤的治疗作用。方法:收集消化内科门诊及住院患者,选取Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)>40分者入组,以汉密顿(HAMD)17项抑郁量表评分判断抑郁症严重程度。入选患者服用调气养胃安神汤250ml,每日2次,治疗2w、4w后分别观察疗效。结果:①消化系统疾病抑郁症发生率为46.95%。②在常见的消化系统疾病抑郁症中轻度占59.4%、中度占22.7%、重度占17.8%。③调气养胃安神汤改善抑郁症状4w的效果明显优于2w,P<0.05。结论:各种消化系统疾病均可伴发抑郁症,中药调气养胃安神汤对消化系疾病伴发的抑郁症有良好的疗效。

Digestive System Diseases Complicated with Depression Treated with Tiaoqi Yangwei Anshen Decoction

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of digestive system diseases complicated with depression and evaluate the therapeutic action of Tiaoqi Yangwei Anshen Decoction.Methods:To select the cases with SDS>40 from the Department of Gastroenterology out-patient and in-patient clinic. Administrated Tiaoqi Yangwei Anshen decoction 250 ml two times for 4 weeks.Divided the curative effect of the medicine into four categaries as notable improvement,improvement,slight improvement and no improvement.Results:1.The morbidity of digestive system disease complicated with depression was 46.95 %. 2.Digestive system disease in general patients had light depression by 59.4 %,moderate depression by 22.7 %and severe depression by 17.8 %.3.The result of the study show that Tiaoqi Yangwei Anshen Decoction could improve the symptom of depression.The treatment course of 4 weeks was significantly better than that of 2 weeks(P<0.05).Conclusion:Every digestive disease can be complicated by a form of depression.Tiaoqi Yangwei Anshen Decoction can treat these kinds of diseases satisfiedly.
