| 摘 要： | [目的]为贯彻<医院感染管理规范>,了解和掌握我市城区个体医疗机构的消毒质量状况.[方法]按照<消毒技术规范> (2002年版)的规定进行.[结果]2005～2008年的4年间,濮阳市疾控中心对市城区个体医疗机构消毒效果监测共537间次,抽检样品1 993份,合格1 595份,总合格率为80.0%,各年度合格率差异有显著性(X2=51.82,P＜0.01).通过开展消毒效果监测,加强监督管理,消毒质量大大提高.[结论]应强化医务工作者消毒技术的培训工作,提倡使用高效的消毒液和器械浸泡液.
