Z-plate系统在重建胸腰椎稳定性中的应用研究

摘    要: 目的在前路重建胸腰段椎体稳定应用Z-plate系统的体会.方法总结前路应用Z-plate系统治疗5例患者及重建脊柱稳定的疗效.经5~8月的随访,均获骨性融合,脊柱稳定性得以重建.3例神经损伤中(以ASIA分级)术后有2例改善2级以上,1例改善1级.无钢板和螺钉松动或脱落.结论(1)Z-plate系统具有固定可靠,骨性愈合好,较传统的前路钉棒系统使用简单.(2)Z-plate系统是钛合金,其刚度、强度和组织相容性好,对MRI检查干扰小,是理想的前路脊柱稳定性重建内固定器械.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate Z-plate system used for rebuilding stabilization of thoracic/lumbar vertebrae. Methods The curative effect of Z-plate system on, and rebuilding of stabili-iation by anterior approachin,S patients with lesions of thoracic/lumbar vertebrae were observed. The patients were followed up for 5-8 months,with a mean of 6.5 months.Results All the patients had solid ossous fusion,and stable spines rebuilt. Of the 3 cases of spinal cord injury, 2 improved to ASIA grade above 2,1 improved to ASIA grade 1. There was no loosening of the screws. Conclusions (1) Z-plate system hao fixation, good solid osseous fusion, and simple to use, compared with traditional nail-stick system for operation by anterior approach. (2)Z-plate system is made of titanium alloy; it has good rigidity,strength,and histocompatibility, hardly interferes with MRI. It is an ideal fixer for rebuilding stabilization of spines by anterior approach.
