| 摘 要： | 为探讨利用准分子激光角膜原位磨镶技术(LASIK)治疗老视眼的可行性，对9例(10眼)老视眼先采用微型角膜刀制作角膜瓣，然后应用准分子激光在角膜周边做光区大于5．5mm的远视切削，紧接着在角膜中央做光区为4．0mm的近视切削，以重塑角膜形状使之形成双焦点。结果所有患者手术后的近视力均有不同程度的提高，与手术前相比有权显著性差异(P＜0．001)；而远视力手术前后则无明显变化(P＞0．05)。提示LASIK治疗老视眼安全、有效。

| Abstract: | To investigate the feasibility of presbyopia treated with laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) for 9 cases(10 eyes) presbyopia. A corneal flap was created first with microkeratome,then a hyperopia oblation was done in the peripheral of corneal and a myopia oblation was done in the middle of the corneal immediately, changed the shape of cornea and made the cornea have two concentric vision zones that help the patient to focus on near and far objects.Result showed that the near vision of patients improved very much after operation(P<0.001). The far vision remains(P>0.05). This suggests that LASIK method is effective and safe on presbyopia. |
