结肠癌31例外科治疗分析

目的：总结结肠癌的诊断与手术经验。方法：对31例结肠癌患者的临床资料进行归纳分析。结果：术前误诊7例，临床治愈23例，出现吻合口瘘2例，死亡3例，自动出院3例。结论：结肠癌术前误诊多为病人表现不典型，医务人员检查不全。减少误诊的方法是提高对结肠癌的认识。大多数患者可行一期根治性切除吻合术：对有梗阻且年纪大的病人，慎重选择一期切除吻合：一般情况相对不良者宜行二期手术或一期切除再行肠造口术。

Analysis of the Surgical Treatment of 31 Cases Colonic Carcinoma

Objective :To summarize the experience of diagnosis and surgical treatment .Method:We analyzed 31 cases clinical data of colonic carcinoma.Result: There 're 7 cases misdiagnosis before operation , 23 cases cured, 2cases with incision fistula, 3 cases were dead, 3 cases were diacharged .Conclusion :The main reason of misdiagnosis is due to the untypical symptom in patients and careless examination. To know throughly colonic carcinoma can decrease the misdiagnosis .For most of the patients , excision in the first stage is adopted , while for the elderly with obstruction, We'd pay attention to the excision in the first stage .For the patients with bad general symptom, We'd adopted 2stage excision or reopening of recent operative wound in colon.
