| 摘 要： | 目的探索旋入式自锁髓内钉在股骨骨折中的应用效果。方法对57例不同类型的股骨骨折采用旋入式自锁髓内钉内固定。结果随访8周~3年,57例中,优38例,良17例,可2例,优良率96·5?。膝关节功能全部恢复,无畸形愈合及断钉。结论旋入式自锁髓内钉在股骨骨折固定中具有切口小、创伤小、操作方便、固定牢固、愈合快、取出简便等优点,临床应用疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of self-locking spinning insertion nail in the treatment of femoral diaphyseal fracture.Methods 57 cases of variant femoral diaphyseal fractures were treated with internal fixation by self-locking spinning insertion nail. Early function exercise was permitted without weight bearing. Results All cases were followed up for 8 weeks to 3 years. The results were excellent in 38 cases,good in 17 and fair in 2, and the excellent and good rate was 96.5%.No malunion, or nail breakage was found.The knee function was recovered completely.Conclusions Self-locking spinning insertion nail has advantages of small incision,less trauma, simple manipulation,fast recovery and easy removal in the treatment of femoral diaphyseal fracture,which provides reliable effect. |
