| 摘 要： | iv蜂毒磷脂酶A_2(PLA_2)可使麻醉大鼠和猫的血压产生快速而明显的下降,降压作用主要与释放组胺有关,合用组胺H_1、H_2受体拮抗剂,可以显著减弱蜂毒PLA_2的降压作用。

| Abstract: | The phospholipase A2 ( PLA2 ) is one of the main constituents of the bee venom. Its hypotensive effect and mechanism are studied in this report.
In the anaesthetized rats and cats, the PLA2 of the bee venom given intravenously caused a quick and profound fall in the arterial blood pressure.
The results of this study indicate that its hypotensive effect is mainly concerned with releasing the endogenous histamine. If the antagonists of H1 and H2 receptor are administered together, its hypotensive action will be countered. |
