免气腹腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术患者围手术期的护理

目的 探讨宫颈癌患者实施免气腹腹腔镜下广泛全子宫及盆腔淋巴切除手术的围手术期护理措施.方法 通过对15例宫颈癌患者实施免气腹腹腔镜下广泛全子宫及盆腔淋巴切除手术患者治疗和护理的体会,总结免气腹腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术患者的围手术期护理措施.结果 15例患者手术均获成功,术后恢复良好,未出现严重并发症.结论 加强围手术期护理,对于宫颈癌患者免气腹腹腔镜手术的顺利进行及术后康复有重要意义.

Perioperative care for patients with uterine cervix cancer receiving lifting laparoscopic operation

Objective To investigate the perioperative care measures for patients with uterine cervix cancer who received general resection operation of holo-uterus and lymph nodes in pelvic cavity under lifting laparoscopy. Methods Having comprehended of the treatment and care for 15 patients with uterine cervix cancer who received general resection operation of holo-uterus and lymph nodes in pelvic cavity under lifting laparoscopy, We summarized some perioperative care measures for patients with uterine cervix cancer receiving lifting laparoscopic operation. Results All of the 15 patients were successfully operated and well recovered after their operations with no serious complications. Conclusions Strengthening perioperative care plays important significance in the lifting laparoscopic operation itself and patient' s post-operation recovery.
