| Abstract: | We report a case of acute coronary syndrome associated with the oral administration of ritodrine hydrochloride. Ten days following the administration of ritodrine hydrochloride, the patient complained of chest pain, and an electrocardiogram showed ST elevation and ST depression. Intensive care was initiated. She recovered without chest pain. |
