| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法将60例前列腺增生患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例，对照组30例。治疗组采用电针，对照组口服晶珠前列癃闭通胶囊。治疗3个疗程后，对比两组疗效及治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、生活质量评分（QOL）、最大尿流率（Qmax）、残余尿量（RUV）变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96．7％，对照组总有效率为70．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）;两组治疗前后IPSS评分、QOL评分、Qmax、RUV比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论治疗组与对照组比较能够明显改善患者IPSS、QOL评分和Qmax及减少RUV。
