摘    要:燃煤染氟8个月时,E组猪血清及组织样品经凝胶电泳,发现与C组相比:(1)E组血清LDH_1、LDH_2下降,伴LDH_5升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05);(2)心肌以LDH_2极显著升高(P<0.0l)、LDH_1/LDH;比值显著降低(P<0.05)为其特征,(3)肾组织LDH_6下降而LDH_1代偿性升高(P<0.05);(4)骨骼肌LDH_(2、3、5)不同程度升高,使其TLDH显著升高(P<0 05)。综上表明受氟影响较早,且较敏感的器官组织是骨骼肌和心肌,其次是排氟器官肾脏,建议血清LDH同工酶酶谱可以作为研究人及动物氟中毒时的早期敏感指标。

Abstract:Abstract After treated with the fluoride pollution from burning coal (FPBC), the isoenzymes of LDH from sera and some tissues as well as organs in pig were simultaneously analysed by the Disc electriophoresis of poly acrylamide gel. The results were as follows: Compared with controlling group C, 1. it's significant that LDH_1 and LDH_2 of sera in group E were decreased with increasing LDH_5 (P <0. 05); 2. the characteristic of isoenzymes of LDH in heart muscle was that LDH_2 was increased very significantly (P<0. 01) and the ratio of LDH_1 /LDH_2 was significantly decreased (P< 0. 05); 3. LDH_1 in kidney was a compensative increase (P<0. 05) with the reductive LDH_5; 4. all of LDH_2,LDH_3 and LDH_6 in skeletal muscle was increased in different levels, which resulted in a significant increase of TLDH(P<0. 05) . We considered that the muscles of heart, skeleton and kidney which is a main organ of eliminating fluoride were effected by fluoride earlier and more sensitively from above. It was suggested that the isoenzymes of LDH in serum was more sensitive index for the diagnosis of the endemic fluorosis from burning coal than a single LDH.
