| 摘 要： | 利用贴块法成功地大量培养了大鼠肠系膜小动脉的平滑肌细胞。培养的细胞经光镜和免疫组化鉴定为平滑肌细胞。方法简便，经济，为阻力血管的细胞水平的研究提供了实验材料。

| Abstract: | The smooth muscle cells derived from tissue pieces of cremasteric arterioles of rat were cultured successfully in quantity and were identified by immunohistochemistry and light microscopy. The method is characteristic of simple and economical and useful materials for the study on the resistant vessel in cellular level. |
