| 摘 要： | 用甘油致成急性肾功能衰竭家兔实验模型,观察黄芪和丹参的防治疗效。于肌注甘油前后分别经腹腔注射黄芪浸剂、丹参浸剂和黄芪、丹参混合浸剂;以生理盐水注射组作对照。各组均作1d、5d和14d的血尿钠、钾和肌酐测定,肾组织光镜和电镜观察。黄芪组和混合组的肾曲管上皮早期损伤比生理盐水组和丹参组轻,巳有的损伤其结构修复也快而完整。各项检测指标也表明黄芪明显优于丹参,说明黄芪是防治急性肾衰较理想的药物。

| Abstract: | The rabbits were given intamuscularinjections of glycerol according to istiouce a-cute renal failure (ARF). The extract solutions of astragalus, salvia miltiorrhiza bunge, mixtures of two the drugs were ad-mimstered both-before the induced ARF andafter it, and contrated with normal saline.The Na, K, Creatinine in urine and Woodwere determinated at 1st, 5th, 14th and therenal tissus were taken at same period for morphologic study by microscopy and trass-mission electronmicroscopy. The detections of the brochermical renal functions and renalmorphological study shows that,the damageof astragelus group and mixtures group was more lesser "than the salvia miltiorrhiza hunge group and normal saline group, and had repaired promptly, completely. Therefore, it can be concluted that astragulus is an effective drug for ARF |
