摘    要:脑血管痉挛是蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的一种常见并发症。目前,脑血管痉挛的确切发生机制还不完全清楚,也缺乏有效控制脑血管痉挛发生和发展的方法。近年来,一些学者发现,SAH后脑脊液和血清某些细胞因子水平可能发生改变,细胞因子所引起的炎症反应可能与脑血管痉挛有一定关联。因此,检测脑脊液和血清细胞因子水平对预测SAH的严重程度、转归和及早治疗均有重要意义。

Abstract:Cerebral vasospasm is one of the common complications of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). The exact pathogenesis of cerebral vasospasm remains unclear now, and there is also lack of the methods in effectively controlling the occurrence and development of cerebral vasospasm. In recent years, it has been found that some cytokines in celebrospinal fluid and serum may have changed after SAH. The inflammation caused by cytokines may be associated with cerebral vasospasm. Therefore, the detecting of celebrospinal fluid and cytokine levels has important significance in predicting the severity and outcome of SAH, as well as early treatment.
