| 摘 要： | 目的观察痰热清注射液治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的效果,以期为临床工作提供理论支持。方法收集98例确诊为亚急性甲状腺炎患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,观察组52例、对照组46例,对照组应用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用痰热清注射液治疗。观察2组的疗效及治疗前后血清IGF-1的变化。结果观察组的疗效明显优于对照组（98.08%vs 84.78%,P〈0.05）,且治疗后血清中IGF-1均下降,但观察组IGF-1的下降值明显高于对照组。结论在常规治疗基础上加用痰热清注射液治疗亚急性甲状腺炎,效果明显,且能显著降低血清中IGF-1的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of tanreqing injection on subacute thyroiditis,and to provide theoretical support for clinical application of tanreqing injection.Methods Ninety-eight patients with subacute thyroiditis were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group（46 cases） were treated by routine treatment,and the patients in observation group（52 cases） were given additional tanreqing injection.The effect of tanreqing injection and the change of serum IGF-1 concentration were observed.Results The curative effect in observation group was obviously better than that in control group（98.08% vs 84.78%,P0.05）.The tanreqing injection resulted in a more decrease in IGF-1 content than the routine treatment.Conclusion Tanreqing injection can improve the curative effect of routine treatment and reduce the levels of serum IGF-1 in patients with subacute thyroiditis. |
