非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术40例分析

目的探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道全切除术的临床应用效果。方法选择术前已排除子宫恶性病变的非脱垂子宫并有子宫切除指征的患者80例，分为两组，每组40例。观察组施行经阴道全子宫切除术，对照组施行传统腹式子宫全切除术。结果观察组的手术时间短，术中出血量少，术后疼痛轻，术后最高体温降低，肛门排气时间早，住院时间短。与对照组比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论非脱垂子宫经阴道全切除术具有手术时间短，出血量少，无腹壁癜痕。术后疼痛轻，并发症少，恢复快，住院时间短等优点，易被患者接受的术式。

Transvaginal Total Hysterectomy for Non-procident Metra: A Report of 40 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transvaginal total hysterectomy for non-procident metra. Methods Eighty cases with non-procident metra without malignant pathologic change were randomly divided into two group: the experimental group(n=40, treated with transvaginal total hysterectomy) and control group (n=40, treated with traditional abdominal incision total hysterectomy). Results The experimental group have less operative time, less amount of bleeding, more light ache, and shorter convalescent period (P<0.05). Conclusions Transvaginal total hysterectomy for non-procident metra is an effective operation with less operative time, less amount of bleeding, rare complication, and easily to be accepted.
