| 摘 要： | 目的建立反相高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC）法测定通迪胶囊中白花丹醌的含量。方法用Chrom atorax C18色谱柱（ODS4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（50：50）,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长203 nm,柱温30℃进行测定。结果白花丹醌进样浓度在0.1015~0.7105 mg/ml（r=0.9999,n=6）范围内呈良好线性关系;平均回收率（n=6）为101.5%和101.1%。结论用ODS柱可对通迪胶囊中白花丹醌的含量进行测定,该方法简便、快速、准确,可对通迪胶囊质量进行控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a RP-HPLC method for determination of plumbagin in Tong di Capsule.Methods Chromatorax C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（50：50） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was 203 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear range was 0.1015-0.7105 mg·mL-1（r=0.9999,n=6）for plumbagin.The average recoveries（n=6） of plumbagin were 101.5% and 101.1% respectively.Conclusion The method is found to be simple and accurate for the analysis of plumbagin in Tong di Capsule.This method may be applied for quality control. |
