| 摘 要： | 脑出血后血肿周围存在继发炎性反应与自由基损伤。近几年来有些资料表明自由基损伤也参与脑出血后的继发损伤,而炎性反应与自由基损伤可能存在相互作用,通过多渠道、多环节,产生一系列级联式反应,加重脑出血后继发性损伤。文章从血肿周围组织炎性细胞浸润、炎性因子释放、补体激活几方面简单阐述血肿周围继发炎性反应损伤的机制。

| Abstract: | Secondary inflammatory reaction and free radical damage existed in the tissue around intracerebral hemorrhage.Recent data showed that free radical injury took part in the secondary injury after brain bleeding,while inflammatory reaction maybe have interaction with free radical injury,which can produce a series of cascade reaction by many channels and linkages,and then aggravate the secondary injury after brain hemorrhage.This articl reviews injury mechanism of secondary inflammation around hematoma from several aspects including inflammatory cell infiltration of peripheral tissue of hematoma,releasing of inflammatory cytokines,and complement activation. |
