甲状腺相关眼病发病机制及治疗进展

甲状腺相关眼病为常见眼眶病,其患病率在成人眼眶病中居首位。研究表明,甲状腺相关眼病是一种与Graves病相关的自身免疫性疾病,其具体发病机制不清。目前,甲状腺相关眼病的治疗包括口服激素及免疫抑制剂、眶周放射、手术等多种治疗方法,但治疗效果欠佳。通过复习相关文献,本文对甲状腺相关眼病发病机制及相关治疗进展进行了综述。

Therapeutic Treatment and Pathogenesis of Thyroid Associated Ophthalmopathy

Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy is the common orbital disease, of which the morbidity rate was the highest one among all the adult orbital disease. Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy is thought to be an autoimmune disease related to Graves＇ disease, but its pathogenesis is unclear. Its therapy for thyroid associated ophthalmopathy are oral steroid and immunosuppressant, orbital radiotherapy ,and surgery although the related therapeutic effect is not very well. This article reviews the related progress of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy about its pathogenesis and treatment.
