223例妇科围手术期患者抗菌药物合理应用调查分析

目的分析妇科抗菌药物应用情况，提高用药合理性。方法随机抽取2007年6月至2008年6月解放军总医院妇科手术患者223例，回顾性分析围手术期抗菌药物使用的品种、频度和方式。结果223例患者中未用抗菌药物54例；使用抗菌药物的159例，平均用药时间6．18d，抗菌药物种类包括氨基苷类、硝咪唑类、青霉素、头孢菌素类等。抗菌药物使用合理与基本合理占73．37％，不合理占26．63％。结论妇科围手术期应用抗菌药物应全面衡量、综合分析，以确保合理用药。

Investigation on Reasonable Antimicrobiai Drug Use in 223 Gynecologic Perioperative Patients

Objective To investigate the antimicrobial drug in our hospital for increasing the level of rational drug use. Methods 223 patients undergoing gynecologic operation were randomly selected from June 2007 to June 2008. The retrospective analysis was used to investigate the antimicrobial kinds, frequency and administration method. Results Among 223 cases, 54 cases did not use antimicrobial drugs, 159 cases used antimicrobials with the average time of 6. 18 d. The antimicrobial drugs included animoglycoside, nitrylimidazole, penicillin and cephalosporin, etc. The rate of rational antimicrobial drugs use was 73.37%, that of unreasonable use was 26. 63%. Conclusion Using antimicrobial drugs by the gynecology surgical patients should be fully measured and generally analyzed.
