1999～2003年中山市吸毒者危险行为及HIV、梅毒感染情况调查

目的 了解中山市吸毒者的危险行为及HIV、梅毒感染状况。方法 1999～2003年对中山市强制戒毒所的所有吸毒者进行血清HIV和梅毒抗体的检测，并对其中部分吸毒者采用统一调查表进行面对面调查。结果 2047名吸毒者以青年男性、流动人口、无业者居多，文化程度偏低，艾滋病相关知识正确回答率在48．27％～79．04％之间；静脉吸毒占55．30％，其中共用针具占58．07％：曾有过非婚性行为者占35．66％(730／2047)，近半年有非婚性行为者占18．22％(133／730)；安全套每次使用占12．19％(89／730)，从来不用占51．10％(373／730)。共检测11759名吸毒者，检出HIV抗体阳性574例，阳性率为4．88％；梅毒抗体阳性683例，阳性率为5．81％；同时感染HIV和梅毒16例，感染率为0．14％。结论 中山市吸毒人群HIV和梅毒感染虽属低流行，但感染HIV的危险因素普遍存在，应尽快采取有效措施防止HIV在该人群中以及从该人群向其他高危人群和一般人群中传播。

HIV and syphilis infection and related risk behavior among drug users in Zhongshan, 1999-2003

Objective To understand the prevalence of HIV and syphilis and related behaviors among drug users (DUs) in Zhongshan. Methods Face-to-face structured survey interviews and antibody testing were conducted among DUs in mandatory drug detoxification centers. Results Positive rates of HIV and syphilis were 4.88% (574/ 11 759 ) and 5.81% (683/ 11 759 ) respectively and both positive was 0.14%. The intravenous drug use rate was 55.30% and the needle sharing rate was 58.07%. 18.22% reported extra-marital sex last 6 months and 12.19% reported using condom every time and 51.10% reported never using condom. AIDS awareness rate was 48.27% to 79.04%. Conclusion HIV and syphilis infection rates were still relative low in DUs, but the related risk behavior was fairly high.
