经尿道前列腺汽化电切术联合疝无张力修补术治疗良性前列腺增生症并腹股沟疝疗效分析

目的 探讨良性前列腺增生症（BPH）合并腹股沟疝的一期手术方法。方法2004年10月-2008年1月，行经尿道前列腺汽化电切术（TUVP）治疗BPH，同时采用聚丙烯网片（PPM）无张力修补腹股沟疝，一期手术治疗BPH合并腹股沟疝患者56例。结果手术效果良好，具有创伤小、恢复快、疼痛轻等优点。术后国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）为0～7分，生活质量明显改善。平均术后住院时间为5．4天。随访6个月～4年，无严重术后并发症及复发。结论同期行TUVP及腹股沟疝修补术，方法简单、疗效肯定，可一次性完成手术，使患者免受二次手术痛苦。

Clincal efficacy analysis of treating benign prostatic hyperplasia and inguinal hernia with transurethral vaporization of prostate plus non-tensility hernia neoplasty

Objective To explore the efficacy of transurethral double pole plasmakinetic vaporization of the prostate joint non-tensity hernis neoplasty in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and inguinal hernia. Methods 56 patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia merged Inguinal hernia were operated with transurethral vaporization of prostate plus nontensity hernis neoplasty. Results The operation has some benefits such as less trauma faster recovery and little pain. Afert opeartion, the international prostate symptom score （IPSS）were decreased, quality of live were improved significantly. The average hospitalization was 5.4 days. Follow-up of 6 months to 4 years,there were no recurrence and serious complications. Conclusion The operation had goog effect and the teqnique was very simple. TUVP and the non-tensity hernis neoplasty can be performed in the same stage for the patients with prostatic hyperplasia merged inguinal hernia and can prevent the pain caused by the second operation.
