| 摘 要： | 目的探讨侵及下腔静脉型肾肿瘤的手术术式、要点及其相关因素的分析。方法根据癌栓侵及部位及粘连情况选择不同术式。结果13例患者平均存活时间为3年。结论三种术式优于姑息治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the operation type, key points and related factors of renal carcinoma with encroaching to cava inferior. Methods According to cancer epistom＇s position and adhesion, choose the different operation types. Results Survival time of 13 patients on average was 3 years. Conclusion These 3 operation types are superior to alleviative treatment. |
