脑动静脉畸形破裂出血的急诊手术治疗

目的探讨急诊外科手术治疗脑动静脉畸形（AVM）破裂出血的效果。方法对12例破裂出血并脑内血肿的脑AVM患者实施急诊显微手术治疗，清除血肿，同时切除畸形。结果手术完全切除病灶9例，占75％；次全切除1例，占8％，部分切除2例，占17％。按GOS评分，患者恢复良好10例，轻残1例，重残1例。结论急诊外科手术能够提高脑AVM破裂出血的治愈率，降低死残率，急诊的血管造影可提供一定的信息以降低手术风险，提高治愈率。

Emergency surgical treatment for arteriovenous malformation with intracranial hemorrhage

Objective To explore the effect of emergent surgery on Arteriovenous Malformations （（AVM） with intracranial hemorrhage. Methods 12 patients with AVM aceomplanet with intracranial hemorrhage were emergently treated by surgery, the elimination of hematomas and removal of AVM were simultaneously performed. Resnlts The lesions were totally removed in 9 patients（75%） and subtotally in l（8%）,part were removed in 2 patients（17%）. 1 were severely disabled, 1 were moderately disabled and 10 were recovered well according to Glasgow out come score （GOS）. Conclusion The emergent surgery is an effective method to treat AVMs with intracranial hemorrhage because it can increase Cured rate and decrease disability rate in the patients with cerebral AVM accompanied with intracranial hemorrhage, emergent angiography can support information for decrease the risk of surgery.
