针刺配合功能训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍疗效分析

目的观察针刺配合功能训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法将脑卒中后伴吞咽障碍的100例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用功能训练治疗；治疗组采用针刺配合功能训练治疗。2周为1疗程，连续治疗2个疗程。2组在治疗前及治疗第14d、28d行吞咽X线电视透视检查（VFFS）和洼田氏评定。结果两组均能改善吞咽障碍，但针刺配合功能训练的疗效优于单纯功能训练（P〈0．05）。结论针刺配合功能训练不仅可以加速患者脑卒中后吞咽障碍的功能康复，提高生活质量，而且副作用小，花费少，可以作为脑卒中后吞咽障碍的常规治疗手段。

The effect of the training fuction with acupuncture treatment of post-stoke dysphagia

Objective To observe the training function with acupuncture treatment of post-stroke dysphagia results. Methods 100 patients with post-stroke dysphagia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group, the treatment of functional training; the treatment group treated with acupuncture and functional training. 2 weeks for a course of treatment, treatment for 2 course of treatment. In the pre-treatment and treatment of the first 14d, 28d line swallowing X-ray fluoroscopy TV （VFFS） and Tian depression and compared the results of the evaluation. Results The two groups all improved dysphagia, but with acupuncture and functional training was more effective than simple functional training （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Training fuction with aupuneture treatment can speed up post-stroke patients with dysphagia rehabilitation functions, improve the quality of life and fewer side effects, spend less, is a post-stroke dysphagia conventional treatment.
