| Abstract: | The origin and formation of TCM surgery were systematically discussed. TCM surgery was preliminarily formed during the periods from Shang-Zhou to Qing-Han, and it was developed during Sui, Tang and Song dynasties, and it matured during Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties. |
