子宫内膜癌合并症57例临床分析

目的探讨子宫内膜癌合并症的临床特点、病理特征及对预后的影响。方法对7年来收治57例子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中有合并症者32例，无合并症者25例。结果患者年龄33～74岁，合并症组平均年龄57．6岁，无合并症组平均年龄5113岁，两组有显著性差异（P〈0．01）；而两组在肿瘤分期、分化程度及病理类型方面均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论子宫内膜癌患者合并高血压和糖尿病的机率随年龄增大而增加，但合并症的发生与其临床病理特征无关。

Primary clinical analysis of medical disorders in Chinese women with endometrial carcinoma in 57 patients

Objective To survey the prevalence of medical disorders in Chinese women with endometrial carcinoma and evaluate their potential impaet on the clinical treatment and prognosis. Methods Fifty-seven patients with endometrial cancer admitted to our hospital from 2000 to 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Thirty-two （47.6%） were found to have associated with medical disorders. Results Patients aged 33-47,average aged with endometrial cancer were 57.6 years and 51.3 years of non-medical disorders.There had siginificant difference in both groups （P〈0.01）. However, there have nosiginifieant difference in pathological classification, grade of differentiation, pathological staging, depth of myometrial invasion between the two groups （P〉0.O5）.The occurrence of medical disorders was independent of the tumor stage, grade, and histological types （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Chinese women with endometrial carcinoma have frequently concurrent medical disorders, but the mellitus on clinical stage and pathological classification of endometrial cancer is little changed.
