高血压前期与胰岛素抵抗、C-反应蛋白的相关性研究

目的探讨胰岛素抵抗（IR）与C-反应蛋白（CRP）的关系及与高血压前期的相关性。方法对85例高血压前期患者和40例健康对照者测定标准收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、空腹血糖（FPG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS），计算胰岛素抵抗指数（IRI），同时测定血清C反应蛋白（CRP）。结果两组比较，高血压前期组FPG、FINS、IRI、CRP均高于健康对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。CRP与IRI呈正相关，SBP、DBP与IRI、CRP成正相关（P〈0．05）。结论血清CRP含量与胰岛素抵抗密切相关（IR），高血压前期患者血清CRP水平和胰岛素抵抗状态能预测高血压的发病风险。

A study of the predictors of earlier-stage hypertension, insulin resistance and C-reaction protein

Objective To study the relations of C-reaction protein and Insulin resistance in the patients with Earlierstage hypertensions. Methods 85 cases of Earlier-stage hypertensions and 40 health control subjects were selected. SBP, DBP, FPG,FINS,CRP were determinated and IRI was calculated. Results FPG,FINS,IRI,CRP were higher in the Prehypertensive group than those in the health control group（P〈0.05）. CRP was positively correlated with IRI, SBP,DBP were positively correlated with IRI,CRP （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum levels of CRP and IR are closely related, the CRP and IR resistant state can predict the risk of hypertension disease.
